1. This is a game
OneStonks is a game run by OneStonks ("we"). All coins, shares, prices and balances are fictional and have no real-world value. Nothing can be bought, sold, transferred or cashed out for real money. Nothing here is financial or investment advice, and no securities or financial products are offered.
2. No affiliation
OneStonks is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any author, publisher, studio or franchise. Character names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification and commentary only. The site serves generated avatars and text. Our own texts apart, the short character descriptions are adapted from the One Piece Wiki under the CC BY-SA licence and credited on each page, and the Guide shows the well-known "stonks" meme as a tribute, credited there.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- One account per person. Accounts and balances cannot be transferred, sold or shared.
- No exploiting bugs, and no automated tools to create accounts or to get around the limits and the market hours. Automated access (bots, scripts, apps) is allowed only through our official API and only within its documented rules and limits; access that abuses it may be limited or blocked. Report problems to contactus@onestonks.app.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Usernames and any text you submit (for example character proposals) must not be unlawful, hateful, or impersonate others. We may change or remove them.
4. Fair play
We may adjust, reset or remove balances, positions, badges and accounts to keep the game fair, fix errors, or respond to abuse. Because the game currency has no value, no compensation is owed for such changes. Prices are produced only by players' trades and by game rules that we may tune at any time.
Inviting friends is optional. What it rewards is in-game only and has no real-world value: profile frames and achievements and, if we switch them on, days of Premium or a limited share, in fictional coins, of the fees paid by friends you invited. We may withhold or remove rewards obtained through fake or duplicate accounts or any other abuse, and we may change or stop the programme at any time.
5. Your pictures
The optional image pack feature keeps pictures only in your own browser. You are responsible for any image you load and must have the right to use it. We do not supply, host, index or recommend images.
6. Paid features
If paid features (such as ad-free Premium or cosmetics) are offered, they are purely visual or convenience items. Real money can never buy coins, shares, trading advantages or leaderboard position. Prices, billing, withdrawal rights and refunds will be shown at checkout before any payment is taken.
7. Availability and liability
The game is provided "as is", without guarantees of availability, accuracy or continuity. We may change, pause or end it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from its use; this does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, for example for intent or gross negligence.
8. Deleting your account
You can export your data and delete your account at any time in Account settings.
9. Law and contact
